Diagnosed with moderate to severe Ulcerative Colitis nearly 20 years ago, I worked to understand how to obtain lasting relief from an exhausting UC rollercoaster and truly transform my health.  Now, as a health scientist specializing in self-management of UC, I combine personal experience and professional expertise to help others find relief, get their health back into their own hands, and regain lasting control over their lives with UC.  I work one on one with clients who are ready to transform their health through complementary, evidence-based anti-inflammatory approaches.
